Dick Bradford on behalf of St. Georges Retreat still on glory trail with his lightweight Limousin heifer at 142.5p. John and Mary Jones have a trio of Limousin cross heifers at 135p, 130.5p, 130p, nothing wrong with that. Finished FABBL Continental cross steers and heifers all 129.5p plus. Best of the Natives - Sussex cross heifers again from Julian Mockford 124p.

No let up in the trade whatsoever - best grade Holstein Friesian cows 100p, 99p, second quality Simmental and Angus cross 99p, 92p. All steaking cows 90-92p price range. Overage grazing steers and heifers to 108.5p and 117p respectively.

Back in business entry wise with forty calves all selling well. Top call to a reared Simmental cross steer, 12 weeks £267. Younger calves, 10/20 days - Angus cross bulls £130, £120, £119, £112, £100, etc. and heifers £78, £61, £56 twice, etc. Charolais cross bull £100, Hereford cross £107.
