Some good runs of Friesian Holstein grazed and fed cows - FJ Cornwell & Sons up to 76p and Mrs PA Greenwood to 74p per kilo. Nine black and whites between 65/74p. Only lean cows 51/55p Young Continental cross to feed on up to 73.5p. CALVES (27) Angus dominate the entry - Hendon Manor bulls to £127 and heifers to £80, Mays Farms’ bulls to £120 and heifers to £67. Best of the Continental cross - Richard Smith’s Blonde cross bull £161. Temporary twenty day movement restrictions not helping trade, hopefully back to six days in the near future.
