HOGGETS (445) Overall average 173.8p per kilo
There was no better trade than at Hailsham today, just ask anyone who was there. The Euro has softened against sterling resulting in lower returns across the country. Seemingly we were unaffected. Our advice is keep trading and get those sheep to Hailsham.

EWES (119)
Unaffected by the Euro. Other centres reporting significantly lower returns, but Hailsham remains true to form and the ‘big factory’ men battle away. R D Thomas £83, SD & JJ Feakes £80, R & W Brown £79, £77, £75, £68, D, S & P Humphrey £75, £68.50, RH Smith £74.50p, RG Whyman £70, T Holt £70, £67, D Miles £67
STORE LAMBS (376)
An excellent show and in particular Henry and Brian Osbourne had a real humdinger of a trade. LM Morgan £66.50, FP Russell Farms £66, £63, £59, GWH Osbourne £65, £64.50, £60.50, £59.50 (twice), CS Cooper £59, D Marley £58.50, I Williams £57.50 (twice), Dr. SWC Winchester £56
BREEDING EWES
Not many but oh boy what a trade. R Marsh’s Texel in-lamb ewes to £120 and Polled Dorsets to £92. What price does this put couples at ?
Do not delay take advantage of these prices before the euro weakens further.
Get your sheep to Hailsham, we have the trade. Please let us know what you have.
