SHEEP (1032) - Auctioneer: Nick Young Start 11.15 prompt
LAMBS (249) Overall average 131.3p per kilo
Surprisingly short, the pound has weakened and yet the National has fallen, who can explain this trade. Suffice to say the Hailsham faithful were well rewarded.

EWES (216)
It is fair to say we didn’t have the best goods on offer, but no matter what we ring the bell week in week out at Hailsham. Whether big, bad or indifferent your ewes are wanted at Hailsham. ME Jones £66, £62.50, HG Allen & Son £65, £63,
FW & MJ Akehurst £64, £60, £59.
STORE LAMBS & BREEDING SHEEP (505)
Considering where the finished price is, all big stores were unbelievably well sold with no end of lambs upwards of £50. The longer term smaller lambs as we have said before look tremendous value to farm and catch the 2010 best price. Our advice is to get on now and keep trading.
