SHEEP (1232) - Auctioneer: Nick Young

LAMBS (32) Overall average 138.5p per kg.
A bitter disappointment with undermeated lambs on offer. It is crucial at prices approaching £2 per kilo for the proper article to get it right. Mrs V Miles 151.5p (£50), 149.7p (£52), 149.7p (£55), H Wyatt 150.3p (£52), 147.5p (£54).

HOGGETS (617)Overall average 129p per kg.
A roller coaster ride with the best ringing the bell and the rest not. Again at these prices it is crucial that your hoggets are properly presented. Good meated hoggets are at a significant premium over the under meated sorts - again it pays to get it right.
