Sharper trade for the best. Messrs. Jones, Kemp & Geering all have the best 161.5p, 159.5p and 157.5p. All homebred, all homefed and all heavyweight Limousin cross steers. Ronnie Kemp’s heifers very much in the frame at 160.5p a pleasing price and a satisfied vendor. Numbers drying up, looking for cattle next week.

Not the entry of last week but pleased to report demand remains very keen. Wise Agricultural’s heavyweight Angus cross to 114p and Continental x Channel Island 100p. Middling Friesians 104p, Friesian Holsteins to graze 89p, plain Limousin cross cows to feed to 113p. Overage beef just a few medium weight Limousin cross steers to 130p.
