Best of the Friesian Holsteins 103p. Wet bagged lean Holsteins heavyweights for further feeding 87p, Continental cross cows to feed on 107p, 105p, 100p, etc. Overage beef heavyweight Blonde cross 124.5p, likewise Simmental cross heifer 119p, enquiry stays very keen.

The national backdrop remains moderate. Hailsham fared well due in no small measure to the retail butcher demand. Best butchers from Partridge Green, Pirbright, Eastbourne and Ditchling make the trade at Hailsham week in week out - Gentlemen we thank you !! Quality fresh lambs (not stale or storefied) would be as dear at Hailsham as anywhere in the country.
